I am reading What Matters Most by Jeffrey Hollender and the underlying issue is about Corporate Social Responsibility. Basically it is about the change that is being made in business in regards to responsible corporate behavior....conglomerate takeovers, etc....

What are your thoughts? How can you determne what an effective manager is in these socially and environmentally challenging times?
