Very true. Beer is a very exact science in which everything from temperature, fermentation period and region where water is used all have a play in the ultimate taste of what one single beer tastes like......ahhh the Golden Elixir of Life. I've been to many breweries across the US and am always impressed because someone can make a great beer in a garage that is as good as one made in a huge brewery by an official brewmaster.
