Continous flow means that an album not only lives up to its title from begining to end but also gives the same feel throught.
Rapper Gone Bad had nothing but song that could on ly be made by a "Bad Rapper", there is no soft shit on there. Rob-Lo's production on "The Jack Artist" give the ENTIRE album a mellow gangsta feel throughout. Tron Treez production on "Bandannas, Tattooes & Tongue RIngs" give the album a smooth pimp/gangsta feel throughout. That is continous flow.

In a Major Way is a great selection. That album had continuous everything.
