i can tell you this, one of my homies offered E-40 5,000 for 16 and 40 said yes, so we told him we'll give him 7,000 for 32 bars and he said no... and this homie of mine is a well known rapper who 40 knows well. so i can guarantee its gonna be 5,000. if you got the bread, holla at me and i'll put you in touch with 40.
but, if you were smart and had that kinda loot to spend you'd be better off gettin hella verses from others. you can almost get a whole record from most of your favorite bay area rappers for 5 grand. or you can get tons of dope features. i can make that happen too. holla

Ah folks spend that money on something else. $5000 is a good chunk a change. you can really spread your name that way, promotion wise. Everybody got E40 on an album an they aint really sellin'. They aint even recoppin' what they invested. Everybody got hella features on they album. guess it helps em get a distribution deal faster with well known artists. but that dont mean they gone sell. if i was you i would invest that cheese in yourself fuck a feature, unless it's your personal favorite. i made more money without features then with. And besides if everybody got the same features on they album what seperates you?

Haha... you don't just go and get e-40 on your album especially if you ain't knowin him already. I run wit Celly Cel and the Realside Records camp and we always wit our homies from Sick Wid It and I can tell you like my homie DJ Pimp said that you would be lucky to get E-40 for 5,000 if you knew him. Normally when you don't know an artist and wanna get em for your album you gotta go through a booking agency which is gonna cost more and I know the people that do the booking and they told me people that don't know E-40 have come out of pocket nearly 11,000 to get him. Diversify homie... you can get half a dozen features in the same ball park range.
