Connection problem

I know theres the thread for comp problems, and i tried teh google. Ill delete this thread when i fix this shit, i need it done hella fast

But i have another laptop, that says its connected to the modem with full bars and shit (wireless). but when i try to browse the net, it wont let me, I noticed it sends out packets, but doesnt get any. Any1 know how i can fix this shit?

Usually re-entering your wifi password or restarting the router works for me if that happens.

Its an unsecured connection. dont need passwords or anything i think, we use 5 other laptops here and they all connect fine....

turn off the modem for 30 seconds then turn it back on

Yeah, sand, the fix all solution, i poured it where the fan is, and in between the keys too

check the switch for wifi on your laptop.. cuz this happened to me before and i was like wtf? and found out the switch was off and i turned it on and the internet worked again.

wrap your laptop in foil.

Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Flip. And Repeat.

goto control panel and the network settings. and make sure there isnt another connection that isnt yours and disconnect it.
