"Sucker Free City: Spike Lee is doing this series for Showtime. K LUV and Nick are yin and yang, but they each have a dream to make money at the game. They work together to consolidate their hustles into a street gang enterprise. Nick is white and born to hippy parents. K Luv prefers to use his mind to a gun to succeed in the gang world. Can Spike succeed with this trite plotline? I hope so."
Is this the movie? I looked it up and got a couple small descriptions like this one. Is jt gonna be K luv? it also sounds like it is a pilot, so does that mean it might become a whole series or did they can that idea and just make it a movie? It would great if it were a whole series. Also it says Showtime, but did HBO get it instead or what?

JT plays killa ski a local rapper tryin to make it in the music but his music keeps getting bootlegged by this asian gang in chinatown.
San Quinn plays yardell my homeboy who rides wit me on all the moves and who is our best thief and supplies us wit what we need. the plot does not stick to one character its about ganags in frisco latin,asian and black. It also has a storyline about some crooked cops who work wit some crooked officials who supplying hunters point wit big guns and bricks of that yola. showtime actually is the company that picked it up and it is a 2 hour pilot , so it will play like a movie first and if the audience feels its strong enough they will turn it into a series something like a frisco sapranos. so everybody make sure to spread the word to tune in,
I just believe that this is an opportunity a repeat of 1993 when GAME RECOGNIZE GAME hit and had everybody looking at the bay and all us artist was repping this shit at the same time, then the next thing we knew all the majors was in our backyard jocking whoever had something hot. once the cameras start to role and the word is out across the country the spot light will be on us and we have to rep as one big family cause the odds is against us right now .
not because the bay dont have talent but because where not organized and i have to admit but %75 of all our labels , artist and producers are some lazy bastards!!!! so nows the time step our game up and prove it once and for all the that the BAY has the best talent in the whole world just look at our 2 biggest examples 2pac got his game from us and took it to the top of the rap
game and percy miller bka Master P who got his game from us and took it to the top of the business world.
