Condemned 2 doesn't make as big of a splash as its predecessor, but it does everything necessary to make a quality sequel. There are more features, fan complaints are addressed and it's still as spine tingling as ever. The story, though less akin to Swiss cheese than the first one was, is not as gripping and the game feels as if it lost its focus in the latter stages. As a sequel, the game doesn't have the originality the first had going for it and, as such, the shortcomings are more noticeable. The gameplay improvements are strong enough to overshadow these for the most part and you're still left with a wild ride.

The story isn't too satisfying, but the atmosphere is excellent.

The artistic direction and clever use of filters keep this game appealing from start to finish

Turn up the volume and play the game alone for maximum effect.

i just loved the first one how u would go up to a wall and could rip shit off to hit junkies with..lol fucking awsome ima cop for sure.... i always loved beating junkies down with a 2x4 with a bold sticking out, lead pipes and all types of other shit..i hope its as dark and fucked up as the 1st one.
i have the one at a time package and it takes a little longer than netflix takes. say i ship that shit one a monday i will get my game by friday usually. if you are hooked up on the two game plan then you shouldnt have to worry too much about time being that you already have a game while youre waiting for the other one. come to think of it, im gonna up my plan right now

I got it the 11'th.. Then again im hella coo with the gamespot employees.. I already beat it and shit.. I'm finna write a reveiw for it soon.. But yeah, it's a dope game.. The only problem is it tends to fade towards the end, the storyline starts off strong but toward the end your like "what the fuck?"
And the updated forensic tools are dope.. But towards the end you dont use them at all.. But yeah, its a good and scary game, defantly the best survival horror game of this year (thats not saying much tho), and the moment where you're chased (dont wanna say more) is prolly the dopest video game moment this year.. But yeah, once you beat the game Condemned 2 will prolly sit on your shelf, because the online is fun, but it gets really boring quick.. I bought it, but i'd suggest you guys give it a rent instead.

I'd get Vegas 2 if your planning on buyin 'em.. Condemned is a great game, but its bout as long as the first one and the onlines are cool and very original, but they're not as entertaining as i thought they were gonna be.. I think condemned 2 is more of a rent and Vegas 2 is more of a purchase

Condemned 2 will scare the shit out of you and keep you on the edge of your seat and is prolly the best Survival Horror game released this year, while Vegas 2 is a shitload of fun online and off and is FOR SURE the best tactical shooter released this year.. Im glad i bought Condemned 2, but i think I should've copped Vegas first.. Either way, im coppin Vegas and Dark Sector in a couple days.
