I just built a new computer and I put my old hard drive in it along with a new one. It won't let me open my personal folder in my Documents and Settings. It is saying access denied. It's probably because I had it set that no other user could open it. Is there anyway to get into it?

Go into the command prompt (Start- Run, type COMMAND and hit Enter) and see if you can browse to it there and copy the files to another location. Or maybe boot into DOS and copy it out that way.

i dont think so. that user account is locked. You need to boot from that HD, and set the proper permissions within that account.
