I got a cd from a friend with Auto CAD and i need to install it but it says that it is for windows 98 my friend said that i can over ride this but i dont know how and he couldn' explain it can anyone help?

right click the install file and click proporties. Then you should see a tab that says COMPADABILITY. Click on it. then checkmark the compatibility mode button and bring down the little drop down arrow and select, "windows 98/windows me" and this should fix your problem.
