How do I configure the computer so that all these icons/programs/applications won't appear when starting up?

My computer used to be fast at starting/loading up now it takes at least 5 minutes.

go to start>run> and type in msconfig. Click on startup and uncheck everything you dont want.

IDK, could be spyware? Google the .exe name.
