Computer fix?

I got this error when on my friends pc any 1 possibly familliar with this?

I do not know where to go about on fixing this, this error comes up before windows loads and I went through the bios options but didn't run across aything to fix this. I have a windows disc that I want to load but without the access of windows am unsure how to do so

run ad aware , doubt somethin will tell u to disable ur anti virus thing

quit internet explorer and go with firefox.

But Firefox sometimes has ugly as formatted pages though

aint that tha truth lol. Happened to me twice this year.

Yeh it comes up everytime, it gives me the option to boot in 3 different safe modes, last window settings when the comp. last functioned normal and normal windows & I tried all and it gives me that error every time.

Good thing it aint my comp. I just told my friend i'd take a look at it.
