About a week ago, a screen popped up that said I needed to register my account...WTF??? I registered it months ago. Then when I tried, it said that the registration was down, and that customer service would be of no help to me. That night, my cousin Larry the Cable Guy (no joke) came over and called corporate in Denver and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. A week later, its still giving me the same message. I am fuckin irritated. If they think I am payin for this down time, they can suck my ass.

Shit, my Verizon DSL service was straight terrible. Comcast ain't great, but its the best around.

I have adelphia which comcast bought about 1 year ago. I am sittin right around 4.5Mbps...

I have no problems and get downloads of about 590Kbps a sec.
