what is this? the guy says its a real copy of cold streets on cd no custom artwork or anything. And he says its not a cd-r. Ive never seen or heard of this... does anyone have any info

could be bootleged onto a orginal cd. i seen those in la. they make make mix cds onto orginal cds.
