Already big improvements..... He's been putting players @ the positions that best fit them (unlike Norv) We finally got Gallery at LT instead of the right side,,,, Brayton and Irons LB experiment is also finally over.... He is also bringing in the discipline that this team really needs.... He had a meeting with WR Jerry Porter and that meeting ended with Shell sending Porter out of his offive letting him know who is in charge of things...... I'm lovin it!

I think Porter is starting to become a cancer to the team. I wouldn't mind seeing him traded. He's somewhat overrated, I think Curry or Gabriel could do just as good job as the 2nd WR.

I heard a rumor that the Saints could be looking to trade Donte Stallworth... don't forget Brooks and Stallworth have that chemisty. Line him up in the slot and let him draw some type of man coverage and it's over. But then again it could be just a rumor.

I still like having two "number one" receivers...but if porters hurting the team get rid of him....pull in some more defense or better linemen, cuz we already have some decent receivers.....

LMAO. Underrated is more like it. He doesn't get as much credit as he should. And Curry or Gabriel doing just as good a job as Porter? Yeah right.

Porter has wanted out of Oakland since they got Randy Moss. They made him think he was finally gonna be the #1, then they turned around and acquired Moss. He's good enough to be a number 1 guy, and he knows it. Don't be surprised if he does turn out to be a cancer within the Raider organization. Acting up is the best way to get out of a place you don't want to be in.

How many Raider games do you watch? Porter is injury prone and usually disapears for half the season. Do you remember in 04-05 when Curry played just aswell as Porter if not better? Too bad he's even more injury prone. As far as Gabriel physically he's just as talented and he's improving more and more every year. He definetly has potential to be just as good. Ive seen him make great catches and play with more heart then Porter ever has.

Hopefully Curry is healthy at the start this year, if that happens there offense could improve a lot. Porter hasnt played as well as he could this past season we'll see how he plays this year.

are u kidding about Porter being underrated?? heh only a non-raider fan would say something like that.... you must have not seen him play enough.... Gabriel can fill in Porters spot nicely

JERRY PORTER IS UNDERRATED. HE HAS POTENTIAL TO BE ONE OF THE BEST IN THE LEAGUE. BUT THE RAIDERS CAN'T UTILIZE HIM. LOOK AT WHAT RANDY MOSS DID (OR DIDN'T DO) LAST SEASON. I THINK HE WILL DO VERY WELL IF HE LEAVES US, BUT STILL I HOPE THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN.

JERRY PORTER IS SOLID AS FUCK AND WOULD BE A #1 WIDEOUT ON ANY NFL TEAM. GABRIEL HAS THAT SAME POTENTIAL. CURRY IS EXTREMELY TALENTED BUT HIGHLY INJURY PRONE.

Porter shouldn't be trippin' because if Moss is drawing double teams that means Porter maybe in a one on one situations against his man. If he runs his routes and he and the Raiders starting quarterback (hopefully Brooks wins the starting position) develop some kind of chemistry it's going to be over. Porter hasn't posted a 1,000 yard season yet. Porter needs to get ready to catch some bullet passes.
