Try the Cactus club if its still in business its on 1st street,if not go directly across the street to fx,never the less 1st street is your best bet they got like over 4 clubs on just that little strip there.

The cactus was and i think still 18 and up. And that was the only 18 and up club i knew about in San Jo for them age requirements.
