i know the flames are pretty cheesy but thats what the client wanted and personally i did the 1st draft like that because i like the clean & simple look...but i have to get out of that habit of creating things that only i like and not the person im doing the flyer for

ya i hate the whole battle between the client vs design...

but you have clearly stepped up their promo game...but i wonder does your flyer really scream 'gay' event...

ive only done one gay event flyer and i had an issue of tryna do somethng said gay w/out being offensive or stereotypical...

Personally i HATE gay flyers that are flooded with rainbows and different colors and all that shit...being im a dyke myself i dont feel like you need to exagerate that shit, you dont see "straight" events screaming their straightness... lol if that even exists... the womyn's quarters has a really good following so their outreach doesnt involve having to get people to know its a gay event, just letting them know whats next ...

those have got to be 2 of themost intriguing, eye grabbing flyers i have ever seen. The textures and colors that blend in to the towel in pic one are great.

The shadows on the female in the second pic bring a subtle realistic contrast to the fire.

I wanna know where did you get those saucyflicks at?? They Work great.

The one of buffy im not sure where i got it , just had it on my desktop for hella long and decided to use it - im pretty sure it was a wallpaper i grabbed off some website

and the one of Aria i got off one of her sites....wish i could use her face , but not tryna deal with copyrights lol

lol smart move with not using faces.. But you made a masterpiece out of them flicks non the less! First one is coooooooool as ice 2nd one is hoooot as fire!

they didnt really want much to it...it wasnt going to be professional printed (kinkos)...

i didnt wanna put a drag queen on the front or some shit like that...even though they were clearly part of the event...
