on myspace dude that runs work that twerk that put up a bulletin that chueys will be closed this weekend but will re-open next weekend!he said sumthin bout a big fight and sum car club comin up there startin sum shit!all it gots to be is a couple fights and the owner will shut that shit down!!!!!!

Is it racially motivated or what?

Reason I say it is because I've never been to Chueys before, but I've passed by it on the way to DownTown and I've seen a BUNCH of African Americans. I mean a BUNCH.

Then when you look at where Chueys is at, right in "CHICANO PARK," I assume the Mexicanos want to regulate on those Blacks. Right? I ain't racist or nothing, but I can kind of understand if that's the motivation for this confrontation. I mean if you look at the name of the club, it's called "Chueys," str8 up Mexicano name, then you see where it's located in Chicano Park right in the Heart of Logan, yet another Mexicano area. So I assume some Mexicanos are kind of sick of it, since the Blacks are partying in their territory, taking "their women," etc.... I'm I right or what?

the hood is the hood, the though process is just different. you all know this no matter what set you from. the fact the a bunch of "outsiders' is hanging in the middle of the street after the club is closed is considered disrespect.
the club owner and his family lived in the barrio for years, money is money and business is business. i wouldnt expect him to change anything if he didnt want to. all im saying is that this is my hood and i heard some shit thats all

before work dat moved to chueys (baby crown and chuey) they had a sit down with the esse's that called the shot's down there and everything is has always been cool
the fight at the club was some swabbies and lincoln mess
