I heard the holiday came when a big shipment of mayo was capsized and all the mexicans were upset and decided to honor it with cinco de mayo.
Imagine if the boat had made it. Those yummy carne asada burritos might have miricle wip in them. YUK!

It is just like it. Except we had a whole army and the mexicans had like 50 heads. Good point though. WHoever said mexicans don't even care about may 5th, I would have to disagree. Mexicans are crazier than anyone. And they love their cerveza on cinco de mayo. Half of tucson is hispanic. It's like Christmas here on may 5th.
