Yep, Pan-Africanism explained in its simplest form expresses that idea. You bring up a good point too, is it right to control so many diverse groups of people and I say yes and no, it depends. 60 years ago it was no for black people in America, now it's eh,whatever. And yes, democracy helps relieve some of that pressure but democracy wouldn't work world wide imo as it is an imposition of set ideologies on countless peoples who'd rather govern themselves. Some people do better in closed-knit, inner-dependent societies, others in a capitalistic, over populated one. Depends on the culture and views/ideals across the world vary so much that I can't see this working for everyone, everywhere.
