Law enforcement will always hastily take a mans PC. With no cause warrant.
In the case of the 23 homie from nwk who hit the officer from san leandro ....they where instantly at his moms house taking his computer. Isnt this uncostitutional?Yer taking up evidence going thru his information..doucmenting it etc. But his computer was at home safe and not Anywhere near the scene of the crime?
What they are doing/did to c&h recently is both illegal and against the law.Hicks should file a case against the agenys(s) responsible for his misfortune.

the thing about this is that the shooter (allen-what-his-name) could of actually gotten away wit it...BUT he left his registration behind becuz he handed the papers to the officer and then shot him and left the registration behind(the cop was clenchin Allen's papers when backup arrived). That's how they got the info on what type of car he was drivin and quickly put it up on the Amber Alert. What i don't understand is why would you turn yourself in after you killed a cop? The jury is probably gonna give him the death penalty anyways.
I have a hard time with this double standard. I understand it, but I have a hard time with it. Why do folks say fuck the police, not give a shit about any cop or their families, but get pist off 'cause the police don't give a shit about them??
This ain't a stab at you, Moe...or anybody else that dislikes police, I'm just trying to see the BIG picture. Yea, I've been harassed by 50's, cuffed up, guns drawn on me for no reason, been subject to all that shit. BUT, I know that not ALL cops are like that. I grew up around all kinds of cats. Some gangsters do live by a code, others don't...some are just heartless and involve everybody, even innocents, ya feel? Some geeks can get punked, some won't stand for it...ya feel me? There's all kinds of people in the world, and to categorize people and judge them by what they do or who they kick it with, just doesn't seem right.
I dunno. These are all human beings involved, I don't wish death on anybody, 'cause there's no coming back from it.
