I think this all starts in our countries education system we arent as bad as mexico but we got a lot of dumbass teachers teaching now. If it was my way id have High school make each student chose 3 things they wanna fuck with then start early in building them up to have a passion for what they do and then every person can prevail in a higher mental capacity if there up to it....
