Cheapskate Sellers/Traders/Buyers

Okay, here goes the biggest cheapskate move of all time. I did a trade with someone else. I sent him the CDs. Then he sent mine to me. My CDs came in the original package I sent his in. What he did was open the envelope very carefully, take his CDs out, put my CDs in there, resealed it with some tape, and wrote "Refused, Return to Sender" on the envelope and the Post Office returned the package to me. He couldn't even pay $3-$4 to mail my package.

And that person I am talking about still posts on here, but I won't say who it is. Let's see if he comes forward to claim responsibility. Hahaha!! :classic:

I think for the "Refused, Return to Sender" thing to work, the package has to be the exact same weight. I used to refuse CDs from BMG because they would sometimes send me ones I didn't want, and all I had to do was write "Refused, Return to Sender" on the package and drop it back in the mail. So, if you want to do that, I think you have to send five CDs to someone and they have to send five exactly back to you, or four, or three, etc. But they must be the same weight, I think.
