how the fuck do u charge a a capacitor,i have this bulb thing that came with it and ive tried conecting different ways and tryen to charge but it doesnt,can anybody help me out please
not sure how but i have been told that it is a lot of fun to charge em and throw them at people. But you have to make sure they catch it so that they get a nice little shock.
