So my company party was last night, and afterwards, my friend had her party at Suede (her brother is an owner there). Hardly anyone there, and we were in a private booth, and I recognize this guy at the bar with a hat on. I thought it was Celly Cel and I was like what would he be doing here.
Anyways, it was really him and he was scheduled to perform there. I heard nothing about this (not too much push/promotion behind it). He performed mostly new songs and some old ones (Goin Down Tonight & Heat fo yo Azz).
Unexpected night, but it was cool seeing the Hillside Strangla himself perform like that in a small venue.
