Celly Cel or Dru Down

I'd go with Celly Cel. Both Cel and Dru have distinctive voices and styles, but Cel is the more consistent of the two in terms of his CDs.
HEAT 4 YO AZZ is a little dated production-wise, but it's still very dope. KILLA CALI and THE G FILEZ are both must-have classics, IMHO! DEEP CONVERSATION had a couple of tracks that I wasn't feelin' ("Make Em Bounce", "When Yo Man Get Sleepy"), but the best of what was there showed that Celly's voice and flow were basically intact. That Criminalz project that Celly did with Spice 1 and Jayo Felony was cool, too (even though it was a little too short) and his LIVE FROM THE GHETTO compilation was fun and wide-ranging (as comps go).
As for DD, EXPLICIT GAME is certainly a classic (and it introduced and popularized The Luniz), and CAN YOU FEEL ME comes close (remember the video for the title track?), but GANGSTA PARAPHENELIA or whatever it was called just didn't work for me, and last year's GANGSTA PIMPIN' was good, but not great.
So I'd pick Celly Cel. Just my opinion, though. PEACE!
