Discmakers short-run CD-Rs are 199 per 100 discs. Bulk. No sleeve, no case, no spindle, but they will print some words on the disk. So for 100o discs its just about 2000 bucks (plus tax and shipping) they say 2-4 days and ours was shipped after 3 days (we used them at first)

Or, you can do what PaperTrail and use Bay Area Records Distribution. I work with B.A.R., so I can vouch for them.
80 bucks per hundred CD's.
Cd's are silver, with no printing.
5 x 5 (industry standard) paper sleeves with window are 40 dollars for 500 or 65 dollars for 1000.
Printing costs extra. PaperTrail chose not to print on the discs becasue they put a disc in a paper sleeve and stuck our flier inside the sleeve.
PaperTrail ordered 1,000 discs and 1,000 sleeves and it cost us 865 bucks. They deliver and pick up in the bay for 30 bucks (minimum 250 discs). So we didn't have to pay shipping costs or wait. The price includes tax. So bottom line, we called them at 4pm on Tuesday. They got the disc and money order 9am Wednesday. We got the 1000 discs and the 1000 sleeves delivered to the studio in Richmond on Thusday around 5pm. That's not bad, especially when 500 discs, deliver, pick up, and tax cashes out at 430 bucks. nodoby else i know does small orders like 250 discs except discmakers and they charge too fuckin much.
