I ordered a large quantity of ready for retail cd's. These were to be in stores by a certain date. I submitted a proof of the artwork and design, as well as the text info to be printed on the cd. The Cd's were a few days late, and I had to call to find out when and where to pick them up. They did not return my calls for a few days. This business does not even have a physical location. They told me to pick up the cd's at two different warehouses which were under two totally different business names. When I finally picked up the cd's from some guy who worked in the warehouse (not even affilliated with sienna digital) they were full of misprints. My logo was not printed correctly and there were typos on the song list. I never actually met with anyone in person, only spoke with a secretary named naomi dellott over the phone. I thought I was getting a good deal because of the price, but instead got jipped. Also the audio was screwed up some of the songs were cut off too early.
