Cat Pissin In The House

my cat started pissin on the carpet, right next to the ac vent. she always used her litter box until recently and started pissing on the carpet for no reason. i might try that shit u plug into the wall that gives off an odor and its supposed to make the cat stop. i dont want to have to get rid of her, but i cant have it pissin in the house. anyone ever had this problem?

You are going to have to deep clean the spot where shes been pissin, and get all of scent out or you are screwed. She will always go back to that same spot. Davey's right, put her littler box close to it til she starts gettin used to using it all the time again, and then move it back. Also, get a little squirt bottle, and give her one or two nice shots of water every time you see her starting to pee there. That will stop it.

the one and only time a stray cat pissed inside my house, it got chokeslammed onto the kitchen tile floor. i see it walking on the street sometimes, but never again did it or will it step paw on my front porch, let alone my driveway.
