Do you draw on paper then scan it in and improve it in photoshop or do you use a tablet?

The original drawing looks better... the color versions of your drawings have too much contrast, shadows are too dark in my opinion. If you look at some of the vector drawings that are around they use shades of colors to depict shadows.
