Stick...when you're smokin & drinkin the shifting keeps my mind focused....plus you can feel the power & drop it into lower gears to slow down or speed up.....I just don't know what to do with a automatic, I get too bored driving it

auto. I dont even know how to drive a stick. I dont want to either. My trans am is an auto matic but has a shift kit so has the same haul ass effect when taking off fast.

I hear cluth problems are a bitch too.

with stick u gotta get in the habit to release clutch and give it some gas when starting and shifting and with auto u do fuck all way easier...Stick saves gas also i think compared to auto.

Stick shift. To me its just alot more fun to drive. Plus like Defy said "when you're smokin & drinkin the shifting keeps my mind focused".

stick, i went auto to stick to auto and i was gettin hella bored so went back to stick..its koo after u get used to it, and nice to know ur savin gas too. u culd get the same kinda acceleration wit auto by jus hittin the gas all the way tho so to me down shifting aint a big thing over auto

I think it depends on the type car, if you got something small or sporty its definetly worth it to have manual. But if you just got a sedan than automatic is the way to go.

the funny think is I forgot how to drive automatics after driving a stick for so long...one time I put my right foot on the gas & left on the brake like an idiot till I realized there was no clutch...the first time I drove a honda that was automatic, I used it like a stick: 1, then 2, then d3, then downshift to 2, stop, 1, 2, d3, d4....

any man that cant drive a stick is not a man at all.

and to all the people talkin bout shifting being "just another thing you gotta worry about" it is not the case. eventually it just becomes second nature and you dont even have to think about it.

manual transmission all day on mines. you have not experienced the thrills of driving until you have drivin on a windy road in a car with a manual transmission

autos, juss cuz i like to juss chill in the car and slapp the beats and not have to worry about shiftin all the time.

totally fuckin agree....shit juss comes natural....i be fuckin eatin a burger, gettin fuckin sidewayz on a fuckin turn and still be talkin on mah phone cuz that shit becomes like fuckin reflex...autos are way too fuckin boring...u can't control tha car tha same...u can't get bosed up until u on tha freeway tho....lol...but its always manual on mines...
