Car Insurance and being married

Allright the other day when i got some new auto insurance. They guy was like are you married? I said no, he then tell me i can save about 50 dollars a month by saying that i am and that a lot of people do that. Do they ask for prove how does that work out?

50 dollars a month is not bad i can buy two 30 packs with that

the only insurance you need to have is life insurance, then being married is worth something

especially if shes 85 with a bad heart and you just married her, double indemnity,spouse as benificiary.. etc etc.
