Uh, no police report nothing happened? Not even close. If he has your license, insurance, etc info when he calls his insurance company they are going to ask questions. They will get in contact with your insurance company and investigate.

both the car accidents ive been in where i was the driver, i didnt hit a car. First time i hit a street light pole.. car fish tailed in the rain on a turn. No real damage just a small dent and a scratch, i thought my whole front was fucked. 2nd time i was on 280 and my car hydroplaned and i slammed into the center divider at like 75, bounced off the guard rail and was still hydroplaning backwards.. scary shit. Amazingly NO cars, No Cops, and was still able to drive it home with the muffler hitting the tire. the damage was pretty much deemed totalled OR $15,000 in repairs.. luckily my pops does autobody and hooked it up.
