Some places in the US are great to live, others not so much (obviously where you live is also factored in by how much $$$ you got)
The US as a whole compared to certain countries is better, but when compared to others it is not.
Yes, Capitalism has spread across the globe, but how much of the globe is devastated by poverty as a direct result of Capitalism?

There is a reason why some capitalist countries like the US are rich while other Capitalist countries like Mexico are poor.
Capitalism generally seems to be measured by the success of the US, but never will someone defend Capitalism by using Mexico, or Ecuador as an example.
