anybody else got this camera? every once in a while the screen stops working. i got it at best buy and i bought the replacement plan but everytime i go in to exchange it the screen works so they wont do anything for me. anybody else have any problems with this camera or anything liek this?

i wish i was rich. it was $399 and i put it on my best buy credit card and only about 100 has been paid on, if that.

Canon's are known for malfunctioning. Make sure it doesnt say e18 error on it.

i worked at best buy in the camera department. i hate sonys. canons have the best picture qualityand i THOUGHT the least amount of problems.

Nah, unless you're looking at an SLR like an EOS then Sony is probably your best bet in terms of image quality. Their Carl Seizs (SP) lens is better than the Canon's.

dont go through best buy. my girl's sister fucked up her canon and called them and sent it in and they fixed it and didnt have to pay for anything. give them a call, they are usually good about it.
