You just need to open the jpg file in photoshop and use the text tool and start typing.

You can make it better but you can start with that info.

i didnt physically write it when i was asleep duh, but i thought of it was i was alseep or almost asleep, then wrote it the next morning when i got up....i made it with powerpoint.
