anybody know the legality of this...can future employers see that you had a card and hold it against you? could a cop pull you over five years down the road, after the card has expired, and see that you once had a card??

i'm considering getting a card, but i don't want to regret it in a few years...

If you're intending on growing for the club it might fuck you, in some cases the owners of the clubs give up the growers to the feds to keep their business running. Also, when the feds step in on state law and raid the canibus clubs, they get all the information that is there. So if the club you take your prescription has any information about you(from your prescription) then its a possibility that the feds get that info and know what you're doing.

DO NOT GET THE STATE OR COUNTY CARD! once you do that the government has your information, stick with a co-op card or just use your doctors note to get into clubs.

most jobs nowadays want you to sign a waiver for backround checks, if you sign that waiver does it include something like this? i would think that even if its legal, a business would still dicrimate on you for this....
that's what i was thinking...even though they might not LEGALLY be able to not hire you because of this, it could always be the reason and they say something else...

the state card requires you to register so there is a direct number to call to check your prescription.....its supposed to be good for if you get pulled over or something so the cops can easily check, but its bullshit. they register you so there is a chance that background checks might bring it up, but medical history checks will definetly bring it up.

jobs can't check up on the doctors notes or the county cards.
