do he got skillz ? of course he do, he is one of the most famous most respected most love artists EVER to come out of the bay. If you ask almost anyone who they think the 5 biggest bay rap legends are theres bout 99% chance b-legit is gonna be in that list EVERY TIME.... b-la is a ugly mothefucker but whats that gotta do with rappin on a mic. Look at biggie smalls that nigga was ugly as fuck bust a large number of people consider him the greatest EVER.

Looks and music dont go together cause you LISTEN to music not look at it, looks are only invovled when your dillion with million dollar record labels and white ceo's workin for mtv.
