Ok for one. The cobra motor is a 4.6L. They need to make up for cubes in some way. Thats why there is a blower on it. Second, look up the cammer motor. Its a 400hp modular NA motor built by ford. Why they dont put it in a car I dont know. Seems pretty competitive with the LS1 platform.

The car I have now. It runs 12.5, its a 1993 cobra. Stock block, TFS stage 1 cam, AFR heads, Gears, full exhaust, pullies, 3.55 gears, equal length headers, Cobra upper/lower intake, 70mm tb, CAI, 24#'s etc....

Thats funny bro. You can get 12's in a foxbody with GT40 heads, stock intake, stock cam, and exhaust. You just need slicks/skinnies and gearing. Driver plays the most important part. I will admit, I cant drive all that great. I only been to the track a couple of times.
I never brought up a ford GT, that was someone else. If you look at a title for a cobra it says; Make: Ford Model: Mustang-Cobra. That looks like a ford to me.
