You don't have to be the triggerman to get charged with murder.

But my view on the overall situation is that C-Murder deserves to be where he is. Wasn't this idiot caught on tape shooting up ANOTHER club recently? He deserves to be in jail for being so stupid. After you get famous and start making money, you're supposed to do anything in your power to avoid trouble.

does any of the evidence really point towards C?? there was no guns/ballistics test etc... that pointed towards C... check out the 911 calls the night of the murder. no one said a thing about C being the killer....hopefully the appeals will get his sentenced reduced, or maybe even allow him to walk free in the near future...

yup i seen it...thats for a different case WHICH DOES NOT INVOLVE HIM SUPPOSEDLY KILLING THIS KID which alotta ppl confuse it with with.... no one was killed in that one....
what he did in that attempted shooting incident, that was dumb on his part and he's doing his time for it.

as for this recent murder case, i have yet to see the proper evidence linking C to the death of this kid... just look at the facts/jurors/judge etc.. the place where the case was being held at, jefferson parish, if im correct one of the mayors was in the KKK so you know most of it is going to involve racism...

in this case, was he given a fair trial???
