Where can I listen?
True, I'm not much into rap, but my partner (Alabama hood) has been producing for 20 years, mostly rap and hip-hop. We like diversity and I'm very diverse (lol) Really, I'm more into the PR of things, and business and marketing are more my skills. I'm not the type of person that wants to argue, and from what I can see in this thread, seems like there's been a great deal of tossing around nonsense. I've only known C-Lim about 4 years, and I'm not from Sacramento. (And its a business relationship; I don't fuck my business associates, I just wasn't gonna justify that dude's comment.) Back in my day, I could walk the streets in relative safety, not worrying about all the shyt like you all have these days. Of course, where I grew up, no one would have messed with me, cuz my own brother rolled with one of the original groups of Hell's Angels. Ventura Avenue.
Yeah, C-Lim and Brotha Lynch had their differences a couple years ago. They battled. Its over, they moved on and up, and we all should be grateful that there are still two brothas alive and not in prison over some kind of bullshit. Hey, if someone don't like another's style or music, ok, don't listen to it. but, damn, dragging up two-year old shit just to cause more, seems senseless to me.
You all can tear down whoever you want up here in this forum. Someone will always disagree with you, call you jealous or a hater, even if you have a legitimate reason to be bitching... But, damn, isn't it better to be grateful that you living another day? I've had too many deaths in my family to worry about bullshit, personally. That brother I mentioned up there, he's doing 21 years in a federal penitentiary. Another brother's dead because he served this fuccin country in Vietnam. What can you do to upset me?
