1st off just to clear it up we prolly won't hear no TALES FROM THE CRYPT or b4 1998 C BO as far as his voice and delivery. So my mind adjustment has me rating this cd at a 3/5 after the 1st listen. It's 100% GANGSTA!!! C BO brings heat but sometimes his beats don't do him justice. The producers did lace him with some tight beats though just not all the way through. BO LOC & BUMPY KNUCKLES need to hook up and do a song cuz these two niggaz don't care who they diss and what they say. Straight gangsta ish!!! Besides JA RULE, who is C BO dissing on song #5 when he says something like "you got tight flows but quit acting like you a gangsta..." Holla back.

And the Mobfather sounds kinda cool to me so far but ive only peeped 8 tracks or so. Need to give it a good listen very soon.

Eminem is saying basically what people say about him since those weapons charges he picked up...he already told everybody..."I am whatever you say I am"...the cat is taking everything people say about him, and throwing it back in their face so they hate him that much more...if you read those lyrics, he's still not saying he's a gangsta...he's saying what I just said...people label him that because of his actions...not his problem

Either way, I haven't peeped this C-Bo album...

damnn....i forgot where the fuck i saw this...

but i heard/saw a rapper talking about rap artists who throw a gun in the backseat of their car, get caught and then act hard./

fuck my memory i completely forgot, i came across this only few days ago, and it made me think about all the 'weapons charges' that have been made against rappers.

Shit, I wasn't feelin' one single track on that new C-BO album. The production on it just doesn't cut it for me. The shit sounds way too soft for me. The intro is probably the hardest beat in my opinion. I definitely like 'Life As A Rider more than 'The Mobfather.'
