no youre gonna convert your already avi to dvd-video in winavi (it will then be vobs with a couple ifos and bups)

and then you burn that in nero, open the burning rom, select dvd video, then highlight all the files you got from the conversion AND drag and drop them into the video ts folder you see hit burn and youre done

If it's already in WMV format. Nero shouldn't have a problem with that. Like someone else said. Check your burn speed. What kind of discs are you using.
when you converted it to WMV, are you sure you didn't encode it with DRM(Digital Rights Management) Is this the only file you have problems with? Annoying huh. Once you get it though. you're good to go.

here's a codec plugin pack for Nero that contains an .avi codec

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Nero_MPEG-4_filter.htm

install this and burn the .avi as you normal would anything else.

since it's only 665mb you can try making a vcd on a normal cdr

it makes no sense that the used disc space is 3.89 gb if your movie is only 665mb, unless its converting it. you should try to adjust your conversion settings if thats the case.

and on a side note, why'd you erase the title??? got something to hide?
