That song originally came off of "the Seasons of Da Siccness", and that's official! I used to bump and still bump that shit !!It's a classic , his best one by far!!! when he was real sick. I actually seen him perform it live down in Oregon, with Mace Dre(R.I.P) and Andrea Nickatina as the guests for the show.

1) Refuse to Lose was NEVER released on Season of the Siccness. What you wrote ain't "OFFICIAL."
2) Legal Dope was NOT "just some bootleg." Rather it was compilation released on Priority that featured artists mostly from the Bay and the South. Brotha Lynch, Cold World Hustlers and ESG all come to mind.

I really do not understand none of yall. True that the song is on the best of black market but its also on Legal Dope comp as well as the 1st Best of Brotha Lynch which was released after EBK4 then The Virus was released after that... But regardless the song is str8 bangin no doubt, one of my all time favorite Lynch songs... Laterrr...
out of all the CDs mentioned I'd get legal dope and best of black market 1. Legal dope is one of the tightest comps of the mid 90s, helped alot of cats come up.
Bong is right BTW it was never on Season of the sicc and thats "Official" lol homeboy needs to get the facts before claiming shit to be hella offical and what not. Legal Dope was a compilation of all the Labels from the Bay, LA and the South that had distro deals with Priority at the time. Its probably the only album to get the "Cold Day in Hell" Remix from Cold World, one of the tightest Frisco cuts ever IMO.

REFUSE TO LOOSE is on LEGAL DOPE a compilation that Black Market & Priority Records dropped in 1995. I got that cd back then when I was 15. I swear some of these cats on here talk before they think.
