everyone knows this, yet mayweather and his camp keep bringing it up like its truly the road block to the fight ever happening. they are doing whatever it takes to make it look like they are the ones on the right side of the fence with this issue when it is never needed in the first place to make the fight happen.

Manny will be fighting again in November of this year assuming he beats Mosley. The ball is in floyd's court if he wants to be manny's opponent or not.

Assuming floyd gets his legal shit settled in May, which I think he will, there is no reason why they can't fight in November. manny agreed to floyd's demands, floyd should have his legal problems clear, it's a green light for November hopefully.

so what at least he admitted it, unlike a bunch of other juiced up fighters(roy jones, de la hoya, vargas and many others). this is the reason mayweather asks for random blood tests(dirty sport), and if manny dont take the tests like all mayweathers future opponents this fight will never happen

Manny is messing around.... if he agreed to the 14 days from the jump the fight would have happened by now. But no, he walked away from the fight when he had the opportunity to agree to it and take the 14 days. Then he comes months later talking about I agree to take the test. Now that original offer has been pulled from the table.

the first negations you can blame manny if you want, I don't care. originally pac wasn't going to do any tests at all, then said he'd do 30 days, then 24 days then 21 days. after weeks and weeks of negotations, they failed (floyd left asking for 14 days).

the second time floyd is certainly to blame. pac came to floyd, said ok you win i'll do 14 days whatever to get this fight, and floyd is on vacation.

So like i said, I feel this fight is happening in november assuming pac and floyd win their fights (in the ring and out). floyd's not stupid.

Floyd never asked for a cut off date, it was Pacquiao asking for a cut off date. Floyd always wanted random up until the day of the fight but comprimised and came down to 14 days to meet in the middle. That was the only problem holding the fight up. Floyd did his part, Manny didn't. Now he's talking about I'll take the test. All of a sudden Mayweather goes on vacation and Pacquiao is ready to take it.
