The best thing for him to do would be come out with a mainstream type video like this. If he wants to get over with the mainstream audience hes gotta do some mainstream shit. Once he gets known he can do whatever he wants. Hope they get a good director for the video.

I thought the whole thing about "Bout to Bubble" or from 'No Can Do' "You chumps in trouble we bout to bubble like shampoo"

I thought he meant as in... bubbling.. growing.. getting bigger.. and spreading? like Bubbles do?..

Yea its a metaphor, whats wrong with having a symbol of the song name in his video - i think its a good idea and i dont beleive there has been a foam party scene in a video before at least on the level that got any good exposure. Thats why tech is the innovator that he is- he knows whats new he knows what other people might see as strange or different and he embraces it. Im interested to see the video just as much as i am to hear the album cuz its artistic expression and i feel tech's video will be more than the ordinary.

I love how everyone has a plan for a video for a song you never heard.

The song reminds you a lot of Planet Rock...it has that type of beat.

And it's my understanding that a video wouldn't coincide with the release of the single to radio...maybe things have changed, but a few months ago I know that a video wasn't apart of the plans for the release of the album. Like I said, maybe things have changed.

Thats what i was gonna say.. How the hell are we suppost to know if it's a good idea if we dont know what the song is about and we havn't even herd it.. to me that sounds kinda cheesy but like i just said i dont know the song or the lyrics so can't reall say much all i know is i hope it
s good and i hope the song is good enough to open some people's ear's..

^^^So tech in a rap video with Foam and girls is predictable?

have you seen his later videos?

Tech in a rap video with foam and broads is predictable....and here's why Bob:

The single is called "Bout To Bubble" correct? Yes. Bubbles are what make foam, correct? Yes. Foam would bring scantily clad and/or nude broads to the attention of the mind of the common male. I mean, you make it sound like you wanna see a bunch a guys all up in it.

Yes, we thought that we would prevent ONLY YOU from having everything Tech hasnt recorded yet, filmed, or sent to us exclusively. Just because we're mean like that. :devious:

As long as the video correlates with the lyrical content, Im a happy man. (See: Obie feat. Akon- Mindstate Of a Mobster for a good example)

Whats up with music videos these days man? Its like someone gonna write a song about growing up hungry and killin someone to get bread, then have a damn thanksgiving dinner and kissing babies wearing iced out grills in the video.

...and in case youre wondering, both the babies and artist are wearing grills

How about something a little deeper. Like tech living in underground earth in a semi-hell with a bunch of devout followers. As the video goes on, the ground starts to rise to the surface of earth (right in the middle of KC). Slowly, the earth starts to bubble up in KC as tech and his fans are pushed to the surface. When they emerge, they're covered in goo-like lava and bobbing their heads. Lots of good themes. Hasn't been done. Easy metaphor. VERY fitting for tech.

That's what I'm talking about. You can find a reason to throw girls in it. But I'm just saying lets find a great video idea first then "mainstream" it with girls and grills.
