iT IS FROM THE "SILVER & BLACK" ALBUM... BUT THERE WERE 2 DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF THAT ALBUM. THERE WAS A STREET VERSION OF THE ALBUM THAT CAME OUT ON BOOTLEG ABOUT ONE YEAR BEFORE THE ALBUM ACTUALLY HIT STORES.
SO ONE VERSION HAS SOME DIFFERENT SONGS THAN THE OTHER. LOOK IT UP ON ITUNES AND IF YOU DONT SEE IT ON THE TRACKLIST...THEN THAT SONG WAS PROBABLY RELEASED ON THE BOOTLEG ALBUM

umm, the bootleg version was called oakland blaze. there were actually 2 different retail versions of silver and black. one had 14 songs the other had 11 i tihnk. each different retail version had a couple of songs that wasnt on the other, like that swang song was only on one version.
