I really think at a bigger venue it wouldn't be sooo bad... The Blue Note is so small, there was nowhere for anyone to go to get away from the moshing unless they wanted to give up their space for Tech (and I sure as hell wasn't gonna). But it helps to have more open-minded people... I didn't care about it, to me, that's what they're into, whatever, but so many people there got pissed... including my lil sister and my best friend, who later burnt a PDM cd in protest!

yeah, springfield wasn't too responsive to PDM.... there was also very few people at the show (compared to previous shows). Tech's set was missing something without rice up there. shit, i enjoyed Empire and Kutt's set more than tech's this time.

There were A LOT of fuckers to see PDM in Columbia though... but overall, not as good of a turn out as previous shows. I heard A LOT of people say that if they knew what PDM was, they wouldn't have come!

I'm kinda curious to see how many showed up for Sat and to hear how Sat's show went...

I've never even been to a show of his but if I was gettin' knocked into tryin' to have a drink or just watch the set I'd start karate-choppin' some faces real quick.

Shit was pissin me off... spillin my pitcher and shit... and it was this stupid juggalo ho runnin into people for no reason. Not even moshing. This chick that was a huge tech fan got up in her face and shit and the juggalo girls bf checked his gal real quick. The shit was funny.

Empire's show was off the hook..... very good stage presence... and i think kutt's was really good as well..... didnt see a ton of s and s but "shut em down" was tight at the end of their set as usual.

Sat show was pretty cool. Fortunately for me there were not many PDM fans there. I only saw like 4 juggaloes with the face paint on. There were only like 2 mosh pits that broke out the whole time and they didn't last long. Plus, they weren't even juggaloes it was like preppy white kids that were fucking around. There weren't any fights that I remember except I think someone dropped a chair from the balcony and hit someone. That's just what I heard though cuz there was an ambulance there after the the show. Cool show overall. I wasn't as impressed as I was for my first show but that is expected.

While recording "Crowned" we had a few songs that did'nt make the album so we put them on "La Primera" It is a 21 track sampler of all underground Empire songs that will not be in stores.
"Crowned" is finished & will be out this fall...

Shit, I was the black pimp with the red O.G. Strange Music shirt on... I walked by you a couple of times dude. I saw B.G. signing your CD. I took a couple of pics with BG right before that. I dont know if you had seen my truck outside after the show, but it was the big silver SUV with the silver snake and the bat logo on the back window bumping some new shit. I was next to it.

I hollered at some cats that are doing a show there on Oct. 23rd, they want me to link up with them on a couple of shows sometime around that date and open up with them, but I dont really know about that. I might do my own set, but I'll inform ya, it's nothing too big, but its a move in the right direction. Hopefully it's promoted right so the turn out will be pretty good. It's the Blue Note and Tech's got it on lock so I feel safe performing there. If it's promoted poorly I will back out!

just want to disagree on Last comment. At the show in Austin SS was one of the best performances of the night right up there with Tech. Everyone suprisingly seemed to know all the words to every song. Their shit sounded clear and stage presence was there. The whole crowd was into it. When Kutt was up there the sound system sounded a little distorted or something cause you couldn't hear him very clear. I do think PDM should be first and Kutt's set needs to be longer or do some of the better tracks. But maybe they change it up for each show based on what kind of crowd is there.
