This guy claims to not receive 12 cds from me even tho I shipped his shit out thru Global Priority Mail the day after he paid. He e-mails me on Aug. 9 asking why he hasn't rec'd his cds and requests for a refund in 1 week if it doesn't show. I have NEVER had a problem shipping to France especially thru Global Priority Mail. Look at his feedbacks he's been in similar situations with other sellers. I contacted the sellers he left negative feedback on and one of the 2 sellers stated the same shit that's happening in my case with him. He's a huge No Limit and Hypnotize Minds buyer so be on the lookout for this asshole. In about 1 week this guy will probably file a claim against me and even leave 12 negative feedbacks which will suck. Best believe I will do the same and hopefully get his ass booted off eBay. Anyway, be wary of this asshole so that you don't have to go thru what I am about to witness in the coming days.. Damn this fucker!!

Damn, what's happening with ebay buyers lately? What happened to all the legit deals? Ebay is flooding with bootlegs and buyers are claiming that they never receive CDs on a regular basis. They're fuckin it up for all of us, especially outside USA.

True, packages do sometimes get lost in the mail. I buy 100-200 CDs a year and in fact, 3-5 CDs never show up. I feel bad when I contact the seller about it, but then again I never demand my money back or demand replacements. Items do sometimes get lost and it's nobody's fault besides the postal system. I would never demand a free replacement but I ask for the chance of sending more money to pay for a replacement copy, if the seller has it available. Nowadays, with all these punks fuckin up I feel that if I'll have to contact one of you sellers for a lost package you'll instantly expect me to be lying my ass off to get a free CD.

I feel bad for you sellers that have to deal with this scum on ebay, but please don't forget that sometimes packages do get lost in the mail.

And this punk that jflo is telling us about here should be banned and thrown off ebay. Damn people like him pisses me off. Why would he even be interested in having CDs that he know he has got from a fraudelent deal? Hasn't he got any pride at all?

I hope most of your shipments reach their destinations without any problems, but it seems like we all are up against a major challenge with these punks.

Can anybody say "REGISTERED MAIL"!!! Lol! But seriously. Ever since I started requiring overseas/outside of the US customers to purchase "REGISTERED MAIL", I have'nt had one problem with this type of scam. Beside's why would a customer get bent out of shape over this requirement if it Guarantee's him/her to get their package. Sometimes postal workers steal shit too, so it's not always the overseas customers. When you send it REGISTERED; everybody who come in contact with the package has to sign off on it and Pay Pal does accept is as proof, because the buyer is the only person who can sign for the package. The only customers that I lost were the scam artist and I don't miss them. REGISTERED MAIL costs $10.15 +/Plus the regular shipping charges. I would be cautious to sell to anybody who didn't want to pay it and I've had a few try to decuct it from their invoices, but I glady refunded these customers all of their money and ask them to re-submit the proper payment. Believe me people who pay $50+ on a item definately wants their item. What's a better way to guarantee them that they will get it? Your're right Flowjob...It get's old!

Back when Air Mail was available you can easily include Registered Mail.. but now it seems impossible.. correct??

Yes, but you can always send by Express after the 14 ounces and Express Mail has the same signature requirement. It may cost slightly more, but it's a sound invenstment for both the customer as well as the seller. I'm just tired of the games that are being played.

Nowadays, if someones buying 12 CD's they're definately spending over $50 for the 12 CD's. Therefore I would highly suggest that you charge for some form of shippment that requires the customer to sign for his/her package. Those days of trusting muthafuccas are over. You can't tell who's gonna get you anymore. Besides, just saying that you're not responsable for lost or stolen packages doesn't work. If someone wants to get you they'll be like, "Oh yeah"? Lol! I'm telling you and any other seller out there. Start charging extra for this type of shipping once their TOTAL goes past a certain amount. Since they're paying for the costs it shouldn't hurt you much, even though Pay Pals ass takes a large portion of the extra money with their fees. If all known sellers start this practice it will become more of a norm and it will definately stop some of the madness that we face when using ebay or Pay Pal. It'll become a standard, not a chore.
