Black People from Cali and the South totally different?

This was a discussion that I had with my cousins brother inlaw who never been to Cali before. This was the first time he had ever been to Cali and was trippin out on how black people out here were all "loud n disrespectful". We was chillin and we seen a big ass group of black guys trippin on this other guy who was walkin with his lady minding his own business and then the group of foos started whistling talkin shit to his lady and him. Then that guy was trippin but what the hell he gonna do up on 15 guys. He said that shit would never happen down south he said cats dont disrespect like that down there. I told him it was one situation. But what do you think? Do black people from the south act different from black people from cali?

i've never been to the south... so i don't know what it's like there.

but that guy shouldn't be judging everybody from here just based on one group of assholes. cuz i'm sure there are some disrespectful assholes down south just like there are perfectly polite dudes here.

People in cali are generally more rude. Every other state I've been to people are nicer. It's almost an uneasy feeling how much more polite people act outside of this state.
