God damn toto on the siccness, now that's an OG rbl bay area legend...
Glad to see real rap artists haven't abandoned this site due to all the bullshit overcriticism and generation thizz kids

RBL been puttin in work since I was a snotnose kid hidin my walkman in class and bumpin lesson to be learned.back when chris had the 5.0..back when muthafuckas smoked indo and drank crazy horse and old e 64oz's, back when niggas could roll through doublerock for 5 sacks, when frank nitty was still around....shit, back when everyone was still alive... when the geneva towers was still up, when crystal meth was crank, before the crackfiends turned into tweekers. Back when cats really lived what they rapped and rapped what they lived.

Damn man times have changed, and I know if I'm feelin old, black and toto feelin ancient as fuck.

Yall niggas help make rap successful for a lot of cats...and its that era that all these young punks is only imitating and tryin to have resurrected....88-94 type shit
Back when u could hit the block and see the OG's still out there doin it on the turf
Back when one song brought fillmoe and hp together for music and beyond the bullshit.
Back when rap was real, and a way out for those lackin opportunity

Aiiight fuck it, ima bout to dig out my old cassettes and reminisce about shit THE RIGHT WAY.

Hope marcus n kenyatta still makin music.

One love

On a side note whats good Black C Toe the Tagger. IMO Nobody can question your credibility in the street or in the booth. Stay busy.100

I miss the whole hood the way it use to be. I use to look up to so all of the older niggaz from every block. It seems like when the Harbor cats fell out with each other, the whole Point fell apart. What is sad is not only how many people we have lost at the hands of each other, but the fact that while we fight, other people are slowly pushing us off the hill. Everyone has their eyes on the wrong enemy.
^^^Couldn't of said it better myself pimpin

Good to know Kenyatta still doin it! We used to smoke big in the Rich in them apts where my cuzzo stayed at offa 33rd! We worked on a couple of tracks at the studio in Sunnyvale... he always had endless heat and a positive work ethic... Ain't seen him since the Hostile Takeover record release party in San Jo...

If he ever on these boards... he can holla at me!

Much respect!

@cza

Oh yeah.. I am a City of Gods supporter to the fullest! Matter a fact, it and MC Eiht's 'Affiliated' were my only CD purchases of '07...

'Mash'n Til We Rich' goes so hard, that I turned it into my fuckin ring tone... Now that's all the motivation that a brotha need when getting his day started! Y'feel?

In the mean time I'll be waiting for the latest info re: the project you got brewing with the figgaro...

peace

First and foremost, much respect to Black "C" your definitely one of the main pioneers to this bay area rap culture, and two, was that Fly Mar at the end of the interview? Uh oh, flashback..."Don't come to the party wit yo guu-uun, we havin big fun, we havin big fun..." I'm out on that note.
